Having owned the home for over 20 years as an investment, and having rented it out for much of that time, there were repairs that needed to be made to get it prepared for the market. Victor did an excellent job of not only finding the right contractors to get the work done, but to also help coordinate the repairs and manage the scheduling, as I live out of the area. As the sale progressed, we had challenges with regards to the buyer’s financing reaching completion that extended the timeline, but Victor kept the deal moving forward. He worked right until the day of closing to make sure every detail was handled.
